Thank you for signing up with Kirbside Window Cleaning.
You’ve now been added to our regular cleaning schedule, and we’re excited to have you on board!
Your Cleaning Schedule
You’ll have already received a text message confirming your first clean date.
Your ongoing cleans will take place at the agreed 4-weekly or 8-weekly intervals.
IMPORTANT: Regular cleaning service is subject to a MINIMUM of 3 cleans before you can cancel. Canceling before will result in you being billed for the difference between the cleans youve had an one off clean price.
We always do our best to stay on schedule; however, please allow a little flexibility around bank holidays, staff holidays, or Christmas periods. With a full team, we can occasionally be a few days early too.
Access to Your Property
The evening before your clean, you’ll receive a text reminder requesting that you leave your gate unlocked for rear access.
If access isn’t available, we’ll clean only the front windows but you will be charged the full price.

Messages on the day of the clean wont be picked up until the afternoon so its important you inform us of any issues on nthe day of the REMINDER TEXT.
Payments
Once your clean has been completed, you’ll receive a text or email notification.
We kindly ask that payment is made within 48 hours via GoCardless, bank transfer, or card payment.
Late payments may incur a small late fee, so please ensure prompt payment.
All-Weather Cleaning
Our pure water cleaning system allows us to clean in almost all weather conditions, including rain and cold temperatures.
Weather is therefore not a valid reason to postpone a clean.
In the rare case of high winds or extreme weather, we may reschedule your clean for safety reasons.
If you’re ever unhappy with your clean — whether it was done in wet weather or for any other reason — just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean free of charge under our 24-hour Clean Guarantee.
Pricing and Skipped Cleans

Our prices are set for regular 4- or 8-weekly cleans.

Skipped or postponed cleans may result in a new price being quoted, as longer gaps require more time and effort.

Cancellations on the day of your scheduled clean will be charged at full price, as it leaves us no opportunity to fill the slot.

We review our pricing every two years, with the next 6% increase scheduled for April 2026.
New Customer Policy
Unlike many other companies, we don’t charge extra for your first clean.
To make this possible, we ask new customers to commit to a minimum of three cleans.
If you decide to cancel before completing three visits, the value of the remaining cleans may be added to your final bill.

Our Cleaning System
We use a pure water system that removes dirt effectively and leaves your windows to dry naturally for a streak-free finish.
Please don’t attempt to wipe or dry the windows after we leave — it can affect the final result.
Referral Rewards
We love when our happy customers spread the word!
For every new customer you refer to us, we’ll add £50 credit to your account once their first clean is complete.
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer!
