**Terms and Conditions**

**1. Introduction**
Welcome to Kirbside Window Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**2. Services Provided**
Kirbside Window Cleaning offers professional window cleaning services on a 4-weekly or 8-weekly schedule, along with one-off cleans upon request. We also offer additional services, including gutter clearing, UPVC cleaning, pressure washing, conservatory cleaning, render cleaning, roof cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
**3. 24-Hour Clean Guarantee**
We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will re-clean the affected area free of charge, no questions asked. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a re-clean.
**4. Scheduling and Delays**
While we aim to maintain regular 4-weekly and 8-weekly cleaning schedules, there may be occasional delays due to staffing issues, larger jobs, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control. In such cases, cleans may be delayed but will never be more than one week behind schedule.
**5. Access to Property**
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is not possible and no prior arrangements have been made, the full service charge will still apply.
**6. Payments**
All payments must be made within 7 days of the service date. We accept bank transfer or card payment were the customer isn’t agreeable to pay via our preferred method of gocardless. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
**7. Referral Scheme**
When you refer a friend to Kirbside Window Cleaning, £50 credit will be added to your account once the referred customer completes their first clean. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
**8. Cancellations**
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made on the day of the clean may result in a late cancellation fee.
**9. Liability**
While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
**10. Changes to Terms and Conditions**
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
