Although we have got great staff and great process’ in place, we are still only human and can sometimes make mistakes. Becuase we cant all be perfect all the time, we also have a 24 hour clean guarentee, meaning if youre unhappy or weve missed something, just let us know within 24 hours and well arrange to come back and reclean your windows, no questions or arguments.

Do you clean the window frames and sills?
Yes. Every regular window clean includes the glass, frames and sills as standard. We believe a window isn't truly clean unless the entire frame and surrounding area are cleaned too.
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No. As long as we have access to all required areas, you do not need to be home. Many of our customers are at work while we carry out their regular window cleaning service.

Why do the windows look wet after cleaning?

What happens if it rains after my windows have been cleaned?
Rainwater itself does not usually make clean windows dirty. However, if you are unhappy with the result for any reason, simply contact us within 24 hours and we'll return and re-clean the affected windows free of charge.

Yes. We provide one-off window cleaning services as well as regular 4-weekly and 8-weekly maintenance cleans throughout Essex. Although in busier periods we do turn down one offs to prioritise new regular customers.
